Multiple monitors and FS2Crew

Recommended Posts

Hi Bryan. When using multiple monitors and undocking the panels to diffent monitors. The FS2Crew routines is not working - the little pop-up windows are popping up in the wrong window and result is that nothing happens. (i.e. packs off or apu off the click happens but it doesn't turn off the packs or apu) Is there anyway around this problem.I have a touch screen as my primary - which isn't the one with the primary FS windows - but its the only way the touch screen works.Best regardsJesper Hansen

Hello Jesper,Interesting issue. I must admit I'm not too familiar with your setup, especially with the touchscreen. Can you please clarify what you mean by the mini panels popping up in the wrong window. The mini panels (which the virtual FO uses to place his simulated mouse clicks) should open and close automatically as required. One thing to try: Go into the panel.cfg for the A320, and set the FS2Crew windows associated with the mini panel to always visible (you know the command... it's 'visible = 1' if memory serves correct), and also set 'nomenu' to 0.That way you could open the mini panels via the FS instruments-views menu and try to reposition them. The mini panels should always stay open.Worth a shot.Cheers,Bryan
