Best graphic card for FSX

Hello everybody,what is actually the best graphic card which will work at most performance in conjunction with FSX? I'd like to hear your opinions. Is it tha HD 6970? The GTX 580? or something else?

Thanks so far. I am thinking about upgrading from my Vapor-X HD 5870 to a better card as I have the lucky possibility to do this for free :) it would be a 1:1 change. So I am not sure which graphic card would perform better than my HD 5870 which I am using till now.Is the GTX 580 capable to server 3 displays at a time like my HD 5870 is? So will it be able to use a triple screen setup with only one GTX 580, without Matrox TH2Go ? Any GTX 580 user out there who can tell me if there are any issues (driver related, or FSX related) with FSX? Should I use BP=0 or not with this card? And my last question: is the AA quite acceptable or is it noticeable worse than my ATI displays right now?Thanks so far.

nVidia cards will deliver better performance compared to the ATI/AMD offerings in FSX. So far as I know, running multiple monitors (up till 6) without TH2Go however can only be achieved with ATI/AMD cards.Regarding performance of the 6970, I have not yet seen it benchmarked against the 580 in FSX. Some people on this forum report good performance thought only not backed up with figures.

If I tend to use a Beamer (projector) in future, will the GTX 580 perform also good with Anti-Aliasing? I heard of people having AA issues when using projectors? Is it true that AMD perform better in AA than the nVidias?
