A real dandy! Adds more AA options using nVidia Inspector. Better IQ and perfprmance IMO.http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=2727Cheersjja

Not bad, again low end stutters better and smoother from the 270.xx, each driver seems better these days. The image quality looks different, but could be me!

After two days of testing, I had to remove these drivers. They did yield slightly better fps, but the image quality was not as good as the previous set 270.61. I am happy with 270.61 as AA settings etc set-up as Tabs on pmdg suggested. The sim looked and worked great with those particular drivers under his suggested settings. Looks far better on the 270.xx vs 275.xx for me; mainly noticeable on the panel, but overall image quality is better on the previous set for me and my config. Weird! This was on a 580, so other cards may benefit more like the 560/550 as more tweaking was done to those cards on this driver from what I have read as they are newer.

On my 460, these drivers actually give me a cockpit with less shimmering, using 8XSQ AA... so I'm keeping them.

That is the setting I am using too; I liked the look of the previous set of drivers, but the performance of these!!! My panel seems more jagged and not smooth like the last set. God only knows!

Isn´t that exactly the problem with Nvidia drivers, getting more performance, with reduced IQ?NickN:"unfortunately Nvidia changed their AA method whereby 8xS in the past delivered the IQ of 16xS today.. they did it because they know 99% of their customers would never notice and it made those new cores look so much better in benchmarks.. in other words the 400+ series (although better cores) also increases performace by reducing AA quality from the past..."http://www.simforums...topic38651.html

When I update the drivers, I find that nvidia inspector changes the very first parameterin the AA box.. and the result is a jaggy picture. You have to manually reset this to "None" and save the settings to get the previous settings back..

Oh, maybe that is what I did wrong?I had to re-do all of the inspector settings anyhow, after the driver re-install, i do a complete re-install, and re-enter all of the items Ryan suggested...is this correct?Cheers for anyhelp,Simon

On my system, nvidia inspector recognizes the new drivers and maintains the existingsettings, except for the first AA setting. Don't know why. That is the only thing I reset, after a new driver install.

Cheers, on mine it clears all inspector data. I remove the drivers completely from windows via cp add remove programs and remove then re boot and then install again reboot and then add inspector settings. I may try again though.Cheers,Simon
