Pixel perfect cuts? Shouldn't happen as long as your cuts are perfect. Make sure to check AA settings as well...
2nd) The yellow doesn't join
Having the same problem, trial and error and you'll be fine...
3rd) The blue doesn't join
Are you sure you're not painting the -800? I don't see appropriate cuts in your master file. Looking at your master shows a continuous curve in that area, I don't see the cut. It's not a -900.
4th) How do I curve the letters
Well, the part that is hidden need go on the bottom fuselage part...

As I said, I don't see the cut in the rear part (between fuselage part 2 and 3). So it's no surprise the blue lines won't align that way. If it helps show the -800 repaint regions layer, if you need that for cutting. sig.gif

Do I need to cut the plane to the -800 prior to painting? I thought the cut points were for after? Thanks a lot for your reply though! Josh

What do you mean for after? If you're painting a -800, you've gotta cut the fuselage to the appropriate sections. There will be breaks in the texture. Not exactly user friendly to work with, but that's how it is. On the other hand it probably makes it easier if you're painting both the -900 and -800 at the same time. sig.gif

Well you can't cut before painting, eh? You paint, and how ever you do that, you need to take care of the gaps that are needed (and indicated) for the -800 model. Once the gaps are all set up, you save it to your texture. As I said, show the layer that indicates the -800 texture areas. Simply put, these areas are where you may paint on for the -800. And obviously, if you have larger structures in your texture that extend across the #1, #2 and #3 parts of the fuselage (or any combination thereof), you need to make sure you adhere to the gaps. sig.gif
