Hi Folks ...  Just a heads up on where we are right now ..  As you may know we have already re released some PSS product on our website but right now we are completely rebuilding the Airbus Professional series for FSX !This will include new FDE, New SOUNDS, New PANEL and NEW MODEL Including VCHere are a few screenshots of the Work In Progress.Hope you like !

(a)Why is it that ex-PSS customers like me do not get a response to emails?(b)Why is proving such a hassle to register for an account when the anti-spam character box keeps throwing every attempt to input the displayed characters out?All well and great keeping us abreast of developments,etc, but please make it easier for ex-PSS customers to register to this new developer, not hinder them.See belowPlease fill out the form below to create your user account. Please enter the correct validation word. Each time I fill in that Word Validation box be it it Caps or small case,it keeps repeating this error message

Thank you very much. Now that is what I call prompt service. I do hope I can register for a new account. I'm already subscribed to a newsletter when BlackBox first emerged from the phoenix, but cannot open an account to access support, etc.

When I go to the Download Library page, right hand top,'Welcome guest'----Login/Signup.When I try to signup, that's when I get the issue I have mentioned as I want to access the Download Library.I still have the original 747-400 PSS installed-via-Net exe files but no record of my purchase, or more to the point have no idea where I saved that record.

I have sent all my old PSS account information in and all I have gotten back was a automated response. I have sent at least 4 emails asking about progress on getting the new installers.    JeffG

Great news. The model detail looks fantastic. Looking fwd to this having owned the 320 and 777 for fs9 in the past.

No go.Same issue.Each time I type in the Word Validation characters as displayed, in capitals, it just keeps repeating to input the Word Validation. Forgot to mention that I also bought the 777 downloaded for FS2002 and later bought the FS9 version.
