ORBX Support

Is anyone having trouble getting support from ORBX? I just purchased/installed NA Blu and something isn't working correctly. So I tried to create an account and get some support from their forums, but couldn't successfully create an account. I find no email or phone number for them, so does anyone here know how to reach them to get some help?Thanks!Dewey

Have been getting slow movement in the forum even after cleaning out the cache. Could be having Technical difficulties. Perhaps try again tomorrow morning as it is about 2.30 Sunday morning there at this time (17.30 Sat UK)Have just tried the site again.....speed seems to be ok now, perhaps worth trying again.

There aren't any technical problems that I'm aware of. I've had no problem reaching the Orbx forums for the last week - and I do it multiple times daily. I mentioned this post on the Orbx private forums, just in case someone else has any insight.

Well, probably not an Orbx developer anyway as they are on a very tight leash. But you can ask whatever you like there and the question stays put whatever it is and if anyone can answer it, they will with a smile. So it might be worth a try!

The reason is much simpler: it is a condition of support that people provide proof of purchase, which is why support is not offered outside the ORBX forums.To suggest otherwise is simply being inflammatory, and there would be little point in doing that, wouldn't there?On a more helpful note,Dewey,At what point do you have difficulties with your account creation? The forums have been working fine for quite some time now.The other issue could possibly a (very) stale DNS cache. Try opening a command prompt and typing ipconfig /flushdnsPerhaps try again, and let us know where you get stuck.
