Hi,First post here so be nice :)Okay so was looking at a chart for EHAM yesterday and it was showing a speed constrant of 250knots at 35dme and 220knots at 15dme the random route i took pushed me into the 15dme for a couple of minutes whilst i made a turn, is there a way to factor this into the fmc?Cheers..

Welcome to the forum.I'm not in front of my FSX computer at the moment so this is coming off the top of my head. What I would do is on the FMC, go to the FIX page and enter EHAM for two fixes and enter a distance of 35 and 15 respectively. Then control VNAV through the use of the MCP. Just click in the center of the speed selector. You can now use VNAV through the speed selector and before you cross the 35 mile boundary select 250 in the speed window. The aircraft will start slowing. Then before 15 DME, select 220 and the aircraft will start slowing.Sorry I couldn't be of more help... But let me check the manual and I'll get back to you.

My recommendation is to get a feel for the aircraft and fly the airplane either using the MCP controls for SPD/ALT etc., or manually. You will get a feel for how fast she responds to power/pitch changes and be able to easily fly the route with speed restrictions; and it will be a fun challange. Once you can do it then learn how to programm OTTO to do it for you.
