According to TOPCAT and vRoute, you can fly from EGNX to KEWR with 79 passengers if they in average weights 185 pound and there average baggage weights 33 pounds. You should be able to follow this route: TNT UL28 PENIL UL70 BAGSO DCT ERNAN UN550 NIBOG DCT RESNO 5520N 5530N 5440N 5250N DOTTY N162B TOPPS J581 BGR J80 BAF

Yes but the WEIGHT for both passengers and baggage is much more than my calculation. There WEIGHT is 3464 pounds for baggage and 23985 pounds for passengers. My numbers are 2615 pounds for baggage and 14615 pounds for passengers. That is 10219 pounds less in my calculation and that is the reason for less fuel consumption.
It matches perfectly for every flight I use it.
TOPCAT is not a fuel planner though. Use caution
