Well, there haven't been any "teasers" yet. Screenshots, videos, guessing games.
Well technically, they did demo Alaska at PAX recently... so I would think it would at least be somewhat close to being ready.
But with the latest teaser on the next DLC aircraft, sounds like it may be released before the big Alaska DLC - and if that is the case, we may be looking around another month or so.
Just all conjecture on my part of course!

When you see "two weeks" you should know that's always an old flightsim joke. :)
Maybe they're taking a little longer because they're close to having Trackir support finalized....
(wishful thinking, my trackir 5 is waiting patiently)
same here! My trackir5 is getting dust on it, need to fly with it soon. :)

Patience. One of the devs said in the Steam Chat that there would be more info drops before the release, so wait a bit and we should get some more info. This isn't going to be a random "Release tomorrow!" style announcement like the Zero, I expect, we'll probably know it's coming a bit further in advance. I wouldn't be surprised to see some news along these lines in the next two weeks or so, since they seem to be pretty far along in development.

Have a look on the News from MS. they edited it.
They removed the release date Spring from the announcement! and they changed the wording. Before the Title was called: Journey to Alaska. Now it`s Alska Wilderness pack.
Yes they changed the name and removed the release date Spring from the announcement, but that does not prove much, if not anything. The game was technically released in March. If it was March when they started Alaska, count 3 months from the first of March. April, May, June. That means that about June first or May 31st is when they should release the Alaska DLC.
They said every 3 months, new DLC scenery areas. If they stick to this, you have to be patient. I know it's hard to be patient, but you have to do it.

I know it's hard to be patient, but you have to do it.
Actually it is not hard at all to be patient -remember patience is a virtue! And it does come more easily as one ages as well... I speak from experience.
I am going to be most interested to see which comes first, the Alaska DLC or the big performance patch for IL2 Cliffs of Dover, the race is on!

Before the Title was called: Journey to Alaska. Now it`s Alska Wilderness pack.
I wonder if this name change is to avoid speculation that you can fly between the two areas? Alternatively, maybe MS thought the latter title better summed up the DLC?
