Amelia Earhart's Last Journey

I've always been a huge admirer of Amelia Earhart, and I was thinking, what if someone came up with a mission or flightplan that would allow a pilot to retrace her flight in FSX? Anyone think people might be interested in this? If so, I will redo the flight plan I used to have of this flight and post it in the library. :Whistle: :biggrin:

The trick is not the route but where do you find a addon aircraft, the lockheed electra 10e. I cant find one anywhere

A Lockheed Hudson,lodestar would fill the 10s place ok.

Hey wow that is a close match, seems though the addon company offering this aircraft for fsx only uses military models with gun turrets :( i dod manage to find a fax 12a electra that has the Amelia edition livery used on the hollywood movie "Amelia" i think the junior electra addon might do it.

I am not sure how good (or safe) this download may be, but it might be worth a look. I agree with you, it would be great to fly her route COMPLETELY.
