Oh well, most of rather important stuff has been fixed. Would have liked to have a little more.

So what has been fixed or not. From a very fast test

-
[MODEL related]

- Hydraulic Fluid sensor pressure TEST button with the annun light that illuminate when pressed.

- Gear lever light TEST button.

- DC-Volt/% Load meters.

- The prop Amp gauge now work only when Prop deice is on.

- Oxygen Gauge only works with battery off also

- Bleed air switches now have 3 positions

- First Officer side: MASTER WARNING and MASTER CAUTION, flip the image, when lights on - correct now

-
[GAUGE/LIGHTS ETC corrections]

- Hydraulic Fluid sensor pressure TEST light.

Not fixed

-Oil temp never in green - I will fix & upload with other fixes

-External power switch

-Master Warning Pressure value to facilitate a 6.6 PSI difference

Other things already fixed ready for upload (sometime this weekend 24-25 Nov 2012)

-PROPSYNC annun/caution light - Done

-Master Warning Pressure value to facilitate a 6.6 PSI difference

-Elevator trim off ANNUN Light doesn’t light up when the switch is being turned off.

-Windscreen anti ice annun light does not light up when ON

I think that's not the oil temperature gauge not working properly but the oil pressure which stays in the yellow arc. Best regards.

I think the DC Volt / loadmeters is a good improvement but (always a but) it seems that voltage only works when generators are online (28VDC)

If you want to check battery voltage prior engine start it does not work.

Flying Bob you can fix the oil pressure in the .air file with Aircraft Airfile manager V2.2

Go to

544 (REC) Engine Oil Pressure

...

(DBL) Oil Pressure Limit * 144 (psi), 14112

...

and change it to:

(DBL) Oil Pressure Limit * 144 (psi), 19440

thanks for your fixes too.

Ok you can grab the file containing my additional tweak or two here.

http://www.mediafire...ecu2l4p30hdcgq8

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR LEGAL OWNERS OF THE CARENADO B200.

-- NOT TO BE UPLOADED ANY OTHER PLACE --

Download file, extract to folder of your choice. Inside you will find

-folder called GAUGEB200 with its contents

-Readme and Instruction document.

Things added according to operation from POH.
---------------------------------------------
1) Prop sync
when a plane have gear extended and Prop sync is switch ON,
then the PROP SYNC annun light (YELLOW) will illuminate and
the CAUTION light will flash. You NOT suppose to have prop
sync ON when gear is extended and/or when on ground. So NO
prop sync on when taxi/takeoff/landing
2) Electrical trim
Electical trim light (GREEN) will be illuminated if gear is
extended and switch is set to OFF.This is to ensure that you
switch ON the electrical trim while still on the ground.
3) Window de-ice
Switching window de-ice ON the applicable window De-ice (GREEN)
annun will be illuminated.
4) Structural de-ice
When structural de-ice is switch on the L ice vane and R ice vane
(GREEN) will illuminaye
5) Limit has been changed for WARNING light to facilate a bigger
pressure differential of 6.6 before it will be activated.

Things added NOT in POH - personal preferance.
----------------------------------------------
1) Pitot annun light.
When airplane is on ground you are not normally suppose to have
PITOT heat on, as you can burn out element. So I added a annun
light Pitot ON (GREEN) when plane is ON ground and Pitot heat=ON

very easy to deactive if you dont want to see something NOT in the POH.
See readme file for instructions

NOTE: the tweak above for the OIL Pressure is NOT included, This will be uploaded in separate download.

Hi everyone,

I have updated my B200 with SP2 and have done additional tweaks proposed by Flying Bob.

I have two questions:

1. I can't make the gauge of GPU work. It doesn't show up when I press shift-1 or wherever I have customize the panel.cfg to do so. Could somebody give the exact procedure to install it ?

As I understand anyway, it is just about having it on popup since there's no switch in the VC.

So probably no modifications in the Virtual Cockpit inside panel.cfg

2. Could it be that after all this mods, I suffer from poorer perf than with fresh install ?

Thanks for your inputs.

Souheil

1) the GPU is not part of the tweaks and have not been included.

if you want that, send me a PM with your email address and i will send you the adjusted GPU i use with instructions how to add.

As the GPU is not mine I cannot upload that. I cant get hold of the original developer, so I am a bit reluctant to upload that for absolute free distribution. I am of the opinion if i send the adjusted file to B200 owners there should not be a problem. I hope..!

2) I have no performance hit at all. these tweaks are so insignificant it cannot have a Perf impact.
