Livery Manager issue

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Something strange has happened with my NGX livery manager. Whenever I try to open it, and I don't run it as administrator, I get a message saying:

This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or an x64 (64-bit) version of the program

Strange enough, I'm running a 64 bit.

If I run it as an administrator, it simply says that "Windows Cannot Locate the File", even though the .exe is right there.

I am aware I might have to re-install the NGX, but it is quite a pain, (and another $5) Just wanted to make sure nobody else has an alternate solution to this?

Thanks!

Before paying $5 to redownload you should submit a support ticket, I am certain they will help you sort it out without a full NGX re-install.
