Wow.... what is the combination of scenery products you're using there.  Your XP install looks so alive... mind is pretty bland, but I do have some OSM plus Andreas farms and trees along with his HD Mesh.

Ryan, the problem with Duluth is: not enough OpenStreetMap contributors, not enough mapped buildings:
