Do you prefer the standard copy/paste method or self-installing executable's when installing repaints and/or scenery?

Thanks!!

I voted for both, because it depends on the complexity of the scenery addons. If it's just a simple AFCAD, or if the file is nicely structured, so that it's really only a copy-past action, I don't really mind doing it by hand. However, if it's a lot of files just randomly put together in a zip file, and I have to move this subfolder here and that subfolder there, I'd of course prefer an auto-installer.

For repaints on the other hand, I really prefer the manual install, that way I know what I change, and where I add the entry.

Overall, I think that the manual install is a nice thing, though it may bring some workload with it - you just get to know what files need to be placed where in FSX, plu syou get to know what files are used for and come with a certain addon.

I split them.

Whoever voted if it needs to be changed I can fix that.
