I am about to purchase this new system :

CPU : Intel Quad Core i5 4690K 3.5Ghz S1150
MotherBoard : Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 S1150
RAM: (2X4GB) Kingston Hyper-X DDR3 1600Mhz 
GPU : GeForce Gigabyte GTX770 2GB WindForce3 OC
 

I am planning for a future overclocking, will my MotherBoard support that?

It will, but why not a Z97 board?  Male sure you get a good cpu cooler if u are overclocking
