Won't Recognize Keyboard. Help!

Recommended Posts

I have a Dell Dimension 8400. When I try to start it, it just goes to the set up select screen and says that there is no keyboard. The mouse won't work either so I can't get it to any other screen. I have tried to switch keyboards and I know that it is good. I have also plugged into different ports. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ron

USB or ps/2? Try a ps/2 if you haven't already

My current board is USB. Not sure what you mean by ps/2.
