Fsx Control Null Zone Settings With 777 Sp1

Recommended Posts

I normally keep slight null zones (approx. 5 units) in FSX control settings.  With the new FBW implementation in 777 SP1, is it recommended to remove these null zones and let the internal PMDG FBW null settings set the null zones?

For what it is worth, it appears that FBW behavior is improved with the FSX null zones set to zero.

Thanks!

I never used null zones in FSX.

My yoke has a good spring so it allways returns exactly to null when I let go.

But that FMC null zone is not the same as FSX null zone!

The FMC null zone should be called something like "FBW path stabilising delay".

I am still experimenting with that setting.
