It's fantastic, in my opinion. Not a trainer like DCS, but certainly not an arcade frag-fest like War Thunder. I have a ton of fun playing the preset skirmishes - take out a few aircraft, destroy an enemy train, a few trucks, etc. The winter landscape has definitely grown on me.

I have not played MP, so I cannot comment on that.

No plans for a clickable cockpit, unfortunately. This baby was built for battle.

FYI it's only 63% complete, so there is much more coming...

Just purchased IL-2 Sturmovik 'Ultimate Edition'.  I have a PFC C2 Cirrus II Pro Console (serial port) running FSUIPC v. 4.90 & PFC FSX Driver v. 4.41.  Works great with FSX and the PFC FAA approved BATD X-Plane software.

Is there any way to run IL-2 off the PFC console?  I am running it on an old RC game controller (USB InterLink ELITE - Futaba emulator) and it is too limiting.
