Jumpy views

Recommended Posts

I have a strange problem. I have imported the settings for the PMDG 737NG and applied them but when I activate the Live Camera/Live View as soon as I move away from the default view, the view is unstable.

It flickers rapidly and you can see the other views for a millisecond at the same time as the 'proper view'.

Once I return to default, the view is stable again.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Why are you enabling Live View, do you have a networked Live View system ?

Do you have any other software or Addon running that results in changing the views eye point. For instance, do you have TrackIR, another camera program, some other DHM type Addon. Normally the jitters mean two program's are trying to adjust the views eye point, hence chaos ensues. If you have enabled Live Camera and Imported our supplied 737NGX camera definitions, have you assigned your own joystick buttons to those views?

My guess is you either have TrackIR and have not integrated it with Opus so you have both TIR and Opus trying to control the views eye point, or you have some other camera Addon active.

Stephen :-)
