Is it made to work with v2 or more of a shoe horn in?
What are FPS like compared to the Q400.

I have no issues with the aircraft in P3dv2.3 seams to be working quite well.  I don't use all of the features as I tend to fly without the FMC but have not noticed anything that would be of significant issue.  Milviz took awhile before releasing the patch to make it compatible with V2.2 I think they did a great job with the aircraft.

Since much  of the Majestic Q400's FDE is coded external to FSX I'm not sure a frame rate comparison is entirely fair but I will say that I have both and have not had any issue with the B732's FPS; it's certainly not a hog.

That's been my experience YMMV
