Steves DX10 Scenery Fixer is back for sale

I am getting quite a bit of stutters now (FPS fine) i am using the fixer. 

 

I lock my fps internally and 1/2 refresh rate the nvidia inspector settings.

 

Has anyone else noticed this?

I could not get it to work on the 777.  I enabled VC Shadows using the Toolbox.  Did it on the VC and then changed it to the actual airframe model.  Does it need to be enabled on both?  Also, I checked VC Walls in the Fixer.

 

You only need it on the VC I THINK thats what i did for the 747 and MD11, also try changing the shadow to version 4 in the DEBUG section, with the current fixer ver 2.4 its defaults to shadow 5 in Debug.

 

Do post if the above works.

Question.

 

Looking into Lionheart Lear 24.  Says on the website that it wont work with DX10.  BUT they sort of hint it will with quotes I think?  Anyone know or know if it will work with fixer?  I have it and I have a working capibility with fixer and with DX10.  THANKS!

Maybe contact Ray via PM, he wrote the Avsim review on the Learjet and might have tested DX10. Just an idea.

Usually the only thing that dont work is Vc shadows.

I have some of the other Lionheart planes such as the Pacer series and they work fine with DX10, except for no vc shadows capability.  Hopefully that's the only issue with the Lear and DX10.

Regarding the Lionheart planes, Steve's FSX DX10 Fixer, and VC shadows...

 

My experience was that the Lionheart planes such as the Pacer series could not be adapted to VC shadows using the DX10 Fixer.  But now Steve has announced a new discovery concerning VC shadows.  This might allow VC shadows with the Lionheart planes in FSX, I don't know.

 

Note:  The Lionheart Piper Pacers have extremely nice VCs, so I'm quite happy with them whether or not they have shadows.
