Libraries of Outerra models

As the generous contributions of New models to the Outerra Universe continues, its become increasingly more difficult to keep track of new and even old releases as the information is buried in ever-growing threads. To combat this, some users have generously offered to open "clearinghouse" sites where the various types of models can be located and downloaded in an easier and more coherent manner.

Accordingly, User AnimatetSyn has opened a model collection site located here: http://www.camdavre.com/

 

At the same time User: Levi who has converted many well known airplanes to Outerra, is also working on a site that can be reached here: http://leviscires.wix.com/outerra-mods

 

It's hoped that others participating in the Outera Alpha will put these models to good use, and maybe even someday contribute more!!!

Note: as the word gets around, models are being added at a pretty feverish rate, and it seems more people are being motivated to convert and/or create new things. Check back occasionally!

User Thasenergy (Creator of the Outerramods site) has just created a BtSync link for Outerra

 

He writes: This is a db of models set to auto update my BTsync folder with extracted otx files as they are added. You can just point this at your packages folder and watch the new models roll in automatically! This also should work as an auto updater to keep all of your models up to date.
