A2A Cessna 182 Skylane (Module version 1.0)

Recommended Posts

This is a LINDA module for the A2A Cessna 182

NOTE: we are currently upgrading LINDA to version 2.1 (or higher, we don't know the number now) and this module is tested with our internal LINDA version 2.1 and is created mainly for the MCP Boeing Combo II.

I think it should work with older LINDA versions also, but I can't say for sure. However, the new LINDA version will be available in a few days.

Installation:

Unzip the archive into your modules folder

Have fun!

Many thanks .. just purchased the A2A C182 and was wondering how I was going to get the cowl flaps lever to work with a button or spare lever???

I have had a LUA script where you have been able to assign a lever for the cowl flaps.

Unfortunately it has produced heavy stutters what I found out after many, many hours of testing.

So, the A2A joystick config or the LINDA cowl flaps function is the solution

Hi,

Thanks for the Profile, but i have found an issue with the outer Light Knobs.

All outer Light Knobs which are switched with your Mouse goes off when you switch an outer Light Knob assigned with Linda. All other outer Light Knobs which are switched previously with Linda stays on.

EDIT: the Dome Lights are too affected, same issue.

EDIT 2: i have found the issue, but not a Solution. The problem are my Flip Switches, when i assign something on other devices like my Saitek Throttle then i have no issue. But my Flip Switches work with no problem, i use them for other addons too.

I hope this was understandable.

Regards

Hi DAL521

Thank you for your comments. First of all, can I ask which version of LINDA you are using?  There has been a legacy issue with the code operating the FSX default lights.  This has been addressed in the current beta (2.6.0).

I am not sure I understand your EDIT 2 and what you refer to as flip switches.

Thanks for the super fast response!

Unfortuantley, I don't see that. I looked in the A2A Input Configuration, in the A2A182 AP and all other options, and the A2A GPS options. I don't see something that's specific to the joystick config...

Maybe I just don't know what it's called?

Amazingly they are:

;)

called" Radiator Flaps"

I can't seem to find the option to toggle the GPS/NAV button on the top of the dashboard?

It is a standard FSX function. Standard functions are not implemented in a module, e.g. "gear" or "flaps" do work for most addons and are therefore also not implemented
