Advice on Rex Texture Direct

Recommended Posts

I have a choice on the graphics area to change the water, skies etc from DX9 to DX10. Is it wise to do that?

I am using DX10 fixer 2.5

Thanks

Definitely.  You need to do that to get DX10 compatible textures and wave animations.  It's no different than changing the textures while in DX9 and you can always change it back if you want to go back to DX9 for some reason later down the road.  Make sure you load new water textures after you change it of course.
