Aerofly FS 2 is now available for iOS

Recommended Posts

I bought Aerofly FS 2 on the apple App Store last night and had a decent fly.

It's set in California with a very decent sized map. Tried the Cessna 172 and the 747. He main problem I have with iOS flight simulators is the controls - no yoke! But flying the Boeing on autopilot worked pretty well.

Summary: good location, good planes, great interface. Not going to replace desktop simming for me, but this is the best flight experience available on a tablet. It's cheap as chips so my advice is just go out and try it yourself!

Thanks for the heads up. It's actually a decent simulator on iOS, I'm just not a fan of the small devices. I'm hoping the desktop version will be out soon, because v1 was brilliant.

What are the main features?  Is it now possible to fly at a particular date, or at least at day / dusk /dawn / night ?

What about weather settings, are there any additional variables ?
