Missions Starting in Dark instead of Day - fixed

I found that while trying to do missions, they were coming up in the dark instead of daylight.  After finding that none of the suggested fixes worked, I went in to FSUIPC and unchecked the "Sync to System" time.

Apparently, FSUIPC messes with Missions as well as free flight.

 

Daylight missions are now responding correctly.

Brilliant.  I have to laugh because last night I just trie the pole to pole mission and chose day when it was night time here, it came up dark.  I was mystified.  Guess what option I had just checked in FSUIPC the other day?  lol.  Thanks much.   Very cool to see this post.
