Operations Center Livery Error

I am running the 777-200LR on FSX:SE and the Operations Center throws up this error when I try to install a new livery from the list:

 

 

"An exception has occured!

 

Please contact PMDG support by submitting a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com for help with resolving this issue.

Press "Copy to clipboard" below and then paste the information into your support ticket.

Additionally, a log file has been created at:

c:\users\eoin\appdata\roaming\pmdg\pmdg operations center\PMDG Operations Center.log

Please attach this file to better help us fix this issue.

 

The application will now exit.

Same here ...re installed everything three times...same thing..everything else working as expecting

I just downloaded and installed a -200F livery into FSXSE version with no problem, but there are a half dozen installation variations out there so a ticket to Product Support is truly warranted.

Apparently, I'm having the same problem as mentioned above.

 

Running on Win 8.1 x64

Installed FSX:SE only.

I have now, I was looking to check if anyone on the forum had an easy fix before having to register an account to submit a ticket.

OK guys After I re installed everything again and run the FSregister repair .exe everything is working perfect...now I only have one FSX folder at user/app/Microsoft/fsx/...livey are installing perfect and FSX ES is working fine...hope the FSdream airport goes well....
