White caps on GE-90s

Nowadays i see some 777 with their ge90s having white where the swirl area is

can anyone explain that?

The reason is for the safety of ground personnel, so they can get a visual indication of whether the engine is running or not. If the fan blades are rotating at high speed without the swirl it may be difficult in some situations to see that the engine is running.

K, also i have a question, how can I make my ai traffic in hkg use runway 25l/7r for takeoff only and 24r/7l for landing only, is that even possible, I want to make fsx as real as possible.
