Navigraph Charts

Does anyone knows how to make pdf from Navigraph Charts ?

I want to make one multi page pdf per one airport ( all SID's and STAR's plus aerodrome chart )

To make one page pdf is not a problem, but when pdf have to have 60+ pages then Adobe Reader cannot open it, and is crashing.

For making pdf i am using Bullzip PDF Printer.

 

Any hints ?

No idea, I have no problem with opening a pdf package from Navtech and scroll through.

I figured out that "general" maps are not printable, if i skip general ones, i can create one multi pages pdf from all SID,STARS,ILS's etc.

General maps are always giving me broken, not openable pdf.
