Problem validating P3D version of NGX and no liveries showing up either

Recommended Posts

Just purchased/downloaded/installed the NGX for P3D but upon selection of the aircraft and enter my activation code (provided via email)

i get an error message that says:

Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

Appears the plane loads up but nothing is usable no click points.

I've downloaded using the operations centre several liveries under the P3D NGX category, but nothing is showing up.

thought i'd try here first - i'm off to generate ticket for further support/advice

cheers

Full names. First and last. Without it, I can't head into the store to see if I can investigate issues on our end. There are also reasons in the pinned threads about the forum rules. If you would prefer not to use your full name, you can always stick to the support system, as you did earlier.

Glad you have it working.
