Piaggio into Duluth

Recommended Posts

Just a quick flight (without a pilot apparently!) in XP10.  (If anyone knows how to get the pilot to show up I'm all ears).

Not sure how realistic this flight model is....  but it's really fast and it's right up my alley.

Addons used:

freeware 'Airfighter' Piaggio Avanti II (at the Org)

freeware Real Terra Haze Lua script (still not happy about the tropical blue horizon)

freeware HD Mesh v3

Off centerline rollout (hey it's tough to land without a pilot har har har!)

My goodness that is a hot looking plane!

Just like the Starship (A plane that faded way before its time), whenever a Piaggio Avanti flies over....there is no way you can't look up, although you can impress your friends by saying "Oh, there goes a Piaggio Avanti overhead" without even looking up at it.

For those who've never heard one overfly you...its quite unmistakable.  The first time I heard one (actually it was a Starship  that I first heard 1st), I literally said "What the H-ll is that?" because I heard it waaay before I saw it.

Really nice looking model!

I am waiting (and waiting) for MilViz to finish theirs for P3D. I have the Wilco version for FSX and it is dreadful.
