FS-Panel - Majestic Dash Q8-400 issue w/ fs-passenger X

Has anyone heard of problems with FS-passenger not detecting switch changes for landing / beacon lights ?  I am leaning towards the FS-panel causing the mis-reads. My reasoning is it is directly linked to the panel folder of the aircraft. Any thoughts would be helpful.
