Global Flight Plan Search to Change Airport

Hello.

 

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this or not, but, I'm wondering if there is a tool out there for FS9 that will search active AI flight plans to find, and change, any entry associated with a specific airport.  In other words, change one airport to another.

 

The example would be an airport in FS9 that no longer actually exists and has been basically replaced with another.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
