receiving double email notifications

Could someone help me, I'm  receiving double notification emails of all the topics I'm currently following.

I cannot find any reason why you would be receiving several notifications. You only have one e-mail address registered.  Did you set up your e-mail system to send messages you receive to multiple accounts?

Thanks for answering. I didn't see a notification for this one at all.
