I think the force of the engines is causing the horizontal stabilizer to shake. Shows how much power the T7 has.

Sorry, this was a not worth five minutes... the horizontal stabilizers shake. Yes. What did you expect?

He (topic starter)  is talking about the vapor funnel into the right engine - no the shaking of the stabilizer.   This plane seemed to be under a test with wheels chocked and engines cranked fairly high.

Watch the tail after 2 minutes!

 

I guess he DID mean the buffeting tailplane.

 

What I take from this video is, how well PMDG have captured the GE90 whine in their product. :)

Yeah its a high power run on the right engine, probably due to maintenance, the left engine will be at low power its only the right engine thats being taken up to high power, I think they they have only chocked the right bogey too, stopping the aircraft rotating,
