Happens on most types with high power settings/low or no forward speed: it's the turbulent jet efflux.

He (topic starter)  is talking about the vapor funnel into the right engine - no the shaking of the stabilizer.   This plane seemed to be under a test with wheels chocked and engines cranked fairly high.

What I take from this video is, how well PMDG have captured the GE90 whine in their product.

Yeah its a high power run on the right engine, probably due to maintenance, the left engine will be at low power its only the right engine thats being taken up to high power, I think they they have only chocked the right bogey too, stopping the aircraft rotating,
