Possible Download issue

I've been using the library for some time for scenery, mostly, and had no issues. However, I have found this website, which I quite like and a good resource

Which gave me a link to Zurich hosted on Avsim. Great, so I end up at this page http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=190184

 

Everything looks normal there, however I click download and end up here ftp://library.avsim.net/civil_flight/msfs/fsx/scenery/lszh_v4_1.zip which doesn't work.

 

I thought maybe a file issue, but then I tried searching on Avsim, something big and common such as EGLL and find the latest download, which leads me to here which also doesn't work ftp://library.avsim.net/local/not_for_mirror/civil_flight/msfs/fsx/scenery/fsx_egll_rs.zip

 

So I thought maybe this problem is bigger then one file. I've just double checked as well and that file was also on the Switzerland VACC website http://www.vacc.ch/en/airports_and_charts/lszh which is where I found it originally now I think about it, because it was on the vatsim.com/events page for the Prague-Zurich city link, so it's not just freewarescery.com with a bad link... so I'm wondering if the FTP portion is down, or it was removed but some file still carry the FTP prefix

I'm finding it for all downloads now, including these which I'm trying to get for an event tonight

Thanks for checking, this is really weird. The library doesn't have a cap does it? Max number of downloads per IP address?

 

I've just tried a different browser and that had no effect, but this isn't a browser issue, it just won't connect. It's as if the FTP server has banned my IP...

 

From the command line;

Is it  only  this  site or  your unable  to  download  anything at all.  Your not running a malware addon  and is blocking  your download  just a idea?

Yes, you're right, false alarm. I had thought I had tested this with another FTP site, but I've just tried again to mirrorservice and that also doesn't work. It's me, or my ISP, it seams
