Panels no longer showing

Hello everyone,

I purchased the CLS A330/340 package a few years ago. Everything was working fine until recently when I was flying my A330-200 and 330-300 models I noticed the panels had basically dissapeared. All I see is what it looks like a Cessna 172 panel without the gauges. I noticed simiilar problems with the A340 series, the panels are "flattened" appearing ion only a third of my screen. Obviously now it is more difficult to obtain support since CLS's website is no longer available. I downloaded their SP4 update patch by it doesn't change anything. With the A330-200 the panel folder is there. ie: panel.pw, panel.rr, etc. Same as the A330-300 model. I have not made any modifications either. I didn't think of installing a different panel since it may not work the same. Can anyone help me here please?
