Start up menu on desktop?

Hi!

 

So i tried both of the settings posted in the description tab on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjmQ6QwqNmA

I cant remember if it was the Low or High density one, but one of them gave me a start up menu where i could choose the starting airport, aircraft, weather etc etc. It kinda looked like the FSX menu. Does anyone know how to get that? Its kinda annoying that i have to go into the sim every time i going to a new airport or using a different plane.

Options->Settings->General - under the "Program" heading there's a check box that says "Show Scenario Setup Screen".
