I don't see anyone whining. This is the problem today is that any non-glowing comment in any area is considered whining or hating. People need to harden up a bit.

I can envisage them going the way of Level-D and that famous last shot of their 757, only to be never heard of again.

Would you prefer that or the FSL approach of say nothing, no questions taken and if you ask too many questions your post gets shutdown by their resident thread locker?

I think the explanations were somewhat long winded for educational purposes - a reciprocating engine is not that hard to start although some background knowledge always helps.

As a practising marine pilot of 20 years experience it is exactly right.

As a CFI the engine schematics look good enough for real world training

Frankly, I see them going the way of Level-D. Their ongoing secrecy and the flat out refusal to give any indication on where they are at, their future plans etc. means users will lose interest given other high-end options are available.
