John, that is it, thanks. Farlis, great to know, but sadly the option is "greyed out", and I cannot get it to work. I have more than enough space on C drive, but have a dedicated one each for P3D, and MSFS, and so would prefer to have it on D drive. The core can stay on C, but the rest I would prefer to relocate to D. I will move the Community and Official folders over and edit config file for now. I now know where to look for my next uninstall reinstall process. Thank you all for your help and advice.

So I need to install it on a dedicated (D) drive (Microsoft Store version). I have to create a folder (MSFS) for it to install into on the D drive, but then the update goes to C/User/User........... Should I leave it be, or move the update somehow (?) to my D folder? Thanks for any insight in advance.

Anyone able to install said scenery into V5.3? It installs, but when I run it scenery 137(?) is missing. Any help would be appreciated

So I bought a srtreamdeck mk2 to use as an "easy" way to jump between views in chaseplane in P3D v4+. I need guidance to simply use it as buttons for assigning views. Simply put, please help, and thanks in advance.

Eric, if you use Chaseplane it should do the trick. In Cinematics, I have it set at changing camera angle every 30 seconds so the view is never the same. I leave it in cockpit view for ten minutes, then after that it changes the view as I mentioned. Beautiful screen, but sadly has the most frightening side effect. Sadly that is all I have for you. Thanks Mark. Not worried about who seems me so long as I can fly the airline itself. I just assumed that I had to belong to a VA to be able to do these events. Great to see that I can do so as a loner. Will look for more events for the future.

So I have been (3-4 years) considering flying on Vatsim network, and got excited with the Cross the Land Westwards event coming up. Low and behold they had OJAI to LOWW, and I figured I would do an RJA 147 flight online as I do at least two weekly flights on the route offline. Sadly, no RJA (Royal Jordanian Airlines) exists in the Airlines Listings, but it seems there are a few flights with the RJA code. https://ctl.vatsim.me/ctl227-cross-the-land-westbound-2022/bookings I am confused because of the fact that this is the case. Am I able to do a flight in an event or online without belonging to an VA? All flights I am interested in are booked so no worries for this event, but I am asking for future reference as I do indeed need to find a VA to settle into. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

So I have an LG 55" as my main monitor, and am using a second connection for my MCDU from Skalarki. Main Monitor is #2, and MCDU (small screen) is monitor 1, and I also did the extend the displays as required. All works fine with the software when flying so no worries there. Mayhem shows up as follows: I connect power when I intend to use the second "tiny" screen, and turn it off when I am done. Some or most (depending on w11's mood?) of my files and shortcuts go to the small screen, and I have to "coerce" them back onto my main display even (harder) when second monitor is off, and on some occasions P3D starts up normal, only to find it load the sim in the small screen. The only way to deal with this currently is to unplug the HDMI adapter from the MCDU unit so everything goes back to "normal". Powering off does not really change the mess I have. I have no idea what to do and have exhausted all my abilities to keep everything on the main monitor. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Passed by one two days ago when I went to get my daughter from her friends house. Looked lonely and forgotten sadly.

So, to those of you who have one, what settings would I look at (LG, and Nvidia ?) to get the best performance?. 9900K, 2080TI, 32gb ram, and currently on HDMI 4 on the TV. Also, anyone notice edges curved away from where you sit, or is it something with the settings, or my eyes? Currently running at 4096 x 2160 with size of text at 175%. Recommended is 3840 x 2160, but at that setting the sides are "blacked out". Should I try the insane search for a 3080ti, or better yet 3090, or 3090ti when it comes out? I figured I will start a new build with the 4090, and 12900k? when they come out. Thanks for any insight, and oh yes anyone know of a good neck brace lol.

Thanks Bob, that is probably the issue. However, sadly I went ahead and removed all the aircraft and scenery and am starting over. I will copy your info on the files for (God Forbid) the future messes I create. I guess it is for the best as I will thin down the amount of add-ons (Too many) and hopefully not have to wait forever for the sim to load everyday. This is for the record the one part that keeps me happy. The willingness of people to help out. Thanks .

Not sure what I did, but I guess its a clean reinstall for me. One too many things went wrong, and I guess a clean install would be best. Its is not so bad, as it gives me the chance to use MSFS more.
