  1. I had to put my pc back together so I could test for you ( I don't use use flight sims anymore). It is definitely showing up the KML files correctly on my W7 32, W10 32 and my W10 64 machines. PM you ini file and I can take a look when I get a chance. The only limitation I remember with using KML files was that you had to have area per file. In other words you cannot create two areas that are disjointed in the same kml file. What happens if you drag and drop the kml file onto the map? Does it redraw the map in the correct location at least. This would indicate the program is reading the file correctly but is just not drawing the shapes. I was using 1.03b (been so long since I last used it) so cannot remember if there was a 'c' version. I also passed the project onto somebody else over a year ago, not sure if they have done much work on it as I haven't been around the forums lately. Maybe if you post in the other topic they might respond. Mark
  2. I'm having the same issue. The headset is selected as the audio device and the HS button is pressed but all audio is sent to the desktop speakers. If I make the headset the default audio device in Windows only then does the relevant audio get directed to the headset when selected in the secondary panel and the HS button is selected. It works but is a bit of a pain as I only use the headset for FSX and I keep having to change the default audio device before starting FSX. It used to work correctly with the legacy version.
  3. Kevin, Stick to using snap=off. The old version used to enlarge the area that is eventually processed based on the snap mode selected. So using LOD13 it would enlarge the area until the LOD13 boundaries would just cover whatever area you initially selected. With the newer version any tiles outside the area polygon are ignored anyway so the snap mode serves no purpose really. You will just end up with bigger files with the same imagery. You will probably notice that the imagery inside your kml polygon was not orange, only the area outside of it should have been, it should still compile though.
  4. Hi One of the forum members was kind enough to paste his working ini file, he is using FS2004 so just copy and paste the service info. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/433280-fs2004-photoreal-over-napa-valley/?p=2916010 Changing just the http to https wont work with google, the whole url is different, it also needs a specific API key that gets issued from them, Fiddler2 is able to show the whole URL for you including the key. Cheers
  5. Google maps have changed their URL from http to https, you need to add an API code to the end of the url. Just a quick look at the other URL's I can see that you have the digits 25 between % and 's'. It should just be %s. The software will replace the %s with the tile number data, depending on what service coding you specify. Have a look at a program called Fiddler2. It captures all internet traffic coming into your machine. Open up a web page and try a map service, you can then examine what the URL it needs looks like and the relevant version number. The version numbers do update from time to time and you need to constantly update them in your ini files URL's.
  6. Put the relevant ini contents into a code block, <> icon in the toolbar. That will stop the URL's from being truncated. A few posts above you will see how it should look.
  7. To help we would need to see what you have put into the service section of the config file. If you are getting urls like http://1202231021200/ then you have not edited them correctly. The %s gets replaced in the software with the number sequence of the tile you are requesting.
  8. I don't normally post service codings, but see if this works. [Service9] #Yahoo Aerial ServiceName = Y-Aerial ServiceCodeing = zxy ServiceUrl = https://1.aerial.maps.api.here.com/maptile/2.1/maptile/481c6938c1/satellite.day/%s/256/jpg?lg=ENG&token=TrLJuXVK62IQk0vuXFzaig%3D%3D&requestid=yahoo.prod&app_id=eAdkWGYRoc4RfxVo0Z4B Referer = https://maps.yahoo.com/map UserAgent = Mozilla/4.0 ServerVariations = 1.aerial,2.aerial,3.aerial,4.aerial
  9. I guess everybody has their own standards that they are willing to accept. If you are willing to spend lots of money on poor quality software then I am happy for you. Myself, like a lot of other people here, do not accept mediocre software and support. Many months ago we were told the release was imminent, only the install script had to be written, a fairly simple task. That deadline has now passed, as have many others. Only one more bug to squash... Personally I don't believe we will ever see any updates. If this was not the case it would not take very long to post a simple update/fix list, or new screen shots and everyone would be happy for a while. So far all we have received are empty promises. I was an early adopter of the software. I picked up a number of bugs which I reported back to the developer. In my case it was a problem reading a certain publishers AIRAC data correctly. I kept being told that there was no problem and it was something wrong with my system. I'm a firmware programmer myself so when I can consistently replicate an error I know there is a problem. To cut a long story short it turns out my problem wasn't being checked. He eventually admitted that he didn't even have the AIRAC data which they proclaimed to support. Right then I knew I was being fed a load of nonsense and had serious concerns going forward. The software has had potential, I just don't believe it will be attained with the current attitude. Anyway my copy has been relegated to the recycle bin. At least that worked.
  10. You are correct. You need the correct FSX resample.exe file that's included with the SDK.
  11. The link is back up. It's on one of those stupid free providers that needs me to login once a month, completely forgot about it this month. FSET-1.03
  12. Unfortunately not. Your best bet would be to convert them to Geotiffs and run them through the SDK manually. Without anyone knowing the address of the website you are getting the imagery from no one will be able to tell you what to put in the ini file. The tile encoding also needs to be compatible with the way the program works as well.
  13. ServiceUrl =https://khms0.google.com/kh?t=t%s&n=404&v=140 Referer = https://maps.google.com UserAgent = Mozilla/4.0 ServerVariations = khms0,khms1,khms2,khms3
  14. Log file has been generated and sent to your email. I did find the speed value in the log file. The wacky speeds are still happening with revision G.
  15. Some more feedback on the wrong speed issue I am having. I tried running your program on a second pc. The speeds were still incorrect. I then sat and watched the console output for about 45 minutes looking for the speed value you mentioned. Unfortunately it never showed up. I did notice one thing though. All planes that are already in the air and are controlled by AIsidstar are showing the wrong speed issue. All planes that takeoff and then get controlled by the program have the correct speeds.
