  1. Pilot2Atc is set to use REX weather. It's pointing to the correct folder, the metar_report.xml is in the folder. When initially getting in the aircraft, and connecting P2Atc, Atis is not matching what REX is showing for the current conditions. It close, but not exactly what REX is displaying. For instance the pressure at the airport is listed in REX as 29.74, yet ATC is reading back 29.77. Why the discrepancy? Winds don't match either, close but not the same. I need to look into this further within REX I think. It's not matching "everywhere" within itself. Front page shows pressure as 29.74, metar says 29.75, and the xml file shows 29.78 for the airport I'm at. And, atis are reporting 29.77. In the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal, but I'm curious as to why the discrepancies.
  2. Didn't change a thing at my end, Rift s. Panels in PMDG 737 are still way to blurry to read. Tried v3.1.11 and v3.1.1(v2), both the same. Back to TAA where I can read all the text in the Panels/FMC without having to lean forward at all. In all the DLSS modes, even Quality, I have to get my face within one foot of the FMC to read the text. Sharpening doesn't help one bit.
  3. Just to bring closure to this thread I'm responding back. This is a vanilla install of Windows 11. UAC, security, folder permissions have not been touched, so things should just work. I'm going to just move on and look into using something else.
  4. I was getting the exact same, Windows Defender did not like that download at all, and would continually delete the xpack.msi. I had to turn off Defender to get a usable download.
  5. I had already posted the startup.log above that post. Post was edited 33 minutes ago with the log, you missed it?
  6. This I don't understand. Here's the data from that other log file in the same location, Simco64_Ldr.log, which was created at the same time. Logging started Simco64_Ldr loading Created Simconnect session CreatedSimconnect data definitions Mapped Simconnect Events About to enter main loop checking for Fenix A320 Fenix A320 not found Connected to MSFS Config data requested... Could this be the issue?
  7. Edited. I should have been able to figure that out myself, but you typed startup.og up above, and that's what I was searching for. I should have known you meant startup.log. 8. Where is this "startup.og" supposed to be? Debug is "1", and I don't see that file anywhere.
  9. I've never seen the "Simbrief_fpln.dat" in \My Documents\Multi Crew Experience\ folder. I've read every thread here that seems to apply, still not getting anywhere. I will try installing it again though. Let me shut down Windows Defender first though, because it sure doesn't like your download. Reninstalled Went through the wizard, except voice training Made a new fp in Simbrief, Simbrief downloader did it's thing. Fired up Msfs 2020, loaded aircraft on the tarmac. Started MCE, went to the ATC page, clicked to get the flight plan, was prompted for my Simbrief Id, put that in. Clicked again to get the flight plan, nothing. Look in \My Documents\Multi Crew Experience\ folder, nothing. Shut down MCE, restart, ask for fp again, nothing. In the mce.ini file ATC section I see a field for "FlightPlansPath", and it's empty? I don't see anything in the manual specifying we have to input that manually?
  10. Ya, I've just been going over the issue on their Discord server. He thinks there's perhaps something messed up with the wind data importing. We did get the Rte data wind to import by doing the Des Forecast wind first. Then on subsequent tries, neither would import. It's never imported requesting on the Legs/Rte data on the initial try. Never have a problem with the flight plan, just wind. I mentioned I was having an issue trying to get into the forums, gave him my username to see if he could get them to give me access because I've already sent 2 messages to the forum admin, he didn't respond back though. Probably be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall just to make sure something hasnt been corrupted, it's seen a few updates since day one.
  11. Can't seem to get the route winds imported. The Simbrief wx file is in the correct location, CYZFCYEG.wx. The flight plan imports just fine. Any ideas. This is a Steam install of MSFS, so this is the location for the wx files, C:\Users\musko\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-737\work\WX, like I say the flight plan works fine in the "Flightsplans" folder. The data exists within the file, it just won't import it. I'd much rather ask my questions over there. I can sign in, but I don't see any of the forums. I've asked the site administrator twice for assistance, no response?
  12. Hello, coming back to MCE after many years away. I have the demo downloaded, installed, and all seems to be working ok, except Simbrief Integration. I've given MCE my Simbrief id, but it doesn't seem to be getting the information. I do not have any Simbrief files showing in the Documents/Mce folder, even after system reboots, sim restarts, and creating a new flight plan. I'm flying the PMDG 737-700 MSFS 2020 if that matters. Ultimate Edition 3.0.28 My Simbrief ID is showing correctly in the config file under ATC. Edit: I've uninstalled it. To many security threats being flagged by Microsoft Defender, beginning with the downland itself.
  13. Why is my sid being changed when I file? MSFS 2020, using Rex for weather injection. It's a Simbrief flight plan that I've flown 1000's of times. For jet engine it's DEDKI4 for runway 24R, MIGLO transition at CYYZ to CYUL, it keeps switching me to BOMET7, which is for Turboprop. I'm flying a a320, and everything looks setup correct to me in P2atc?
