  1. Hi Tony and Kim, Ive just made my contribution for you both. Tony, I really hope that your recent surgery is going to be the one which solves your problems, you've both had such a hard time and we are all behind you. Kim, what a lucky man Tony is to have someone like you, you must be a very determined lady (a kiss x and hug for you). You both take care and let us know how you are getting on. All the very best from all simmers across the pond in England. Jim T. jimt.74747@yahoo.com Well done to 'PMDG' and everyone who has donated!! It's good to know that there are still some people who care about others in their time of need.
  2. Hi Gertjan, You will get all the documentation that you will need, plus 2 full tutorial flights. So go ahead and download the PMDG 737ngx, you won't regret it. I've had it since it was released and still have so much to learn. Cheers, and good luck!
  3. Hi Bryan, Just found this and would like your thoughts. Could this be a clue to finding a cure for this problem alot of us are seeming to have with Ctd. http://flightsimulatornetwork.com/topic/3598-uiatomationcoredll I'm not computer savvy enough to know, but it might help. Thanks for all the great work you do! Jim Tierney
  4. Hi guys, I've been having this problem too and I seem to have solved it. I was crashing at shutdown also. I had fsuipc set up to save my flights every 15mins in case of ctd's so after a ctd I went load the last instance that fsuipc had saved to see if it would crash again when I landed. I noticed that the last time that fsuipc saved in that flight was the exact time that I ctd. I looked at my fsuipc setup and saw that I had 'Save on ground' checked, I unchecked this and have had multiple flights since without any problems. This worked for me, I hope it helps someone else. 5. Hi Guys, Could someone point me in the direction of a 'PMDG 737NGX' signature banner please. :good:
  6. Hi Ryan & Jamalje, Thank you for your replies, I will have alook at GEX. The ground textures in Fsx are getting to be monotonous, I need to upgrade for my PMDG 737-800 and only the best will do! Thanks Ryan for your continued work and support for all us 'simmers' its very much appreciated, the skies would be a much poorer and emptier place without our much loved 'PMDG' products. Kind regards
  7. Hi guys, Just a quick question. I'm Thinking of replacing the stock 'Fsx' ground textures with the 'FScene' product. Has anybody any experience with this product? And is there a significant difference in quality to justify the cost?. Cheers guys.
  8. Hi Martin, When I load up Fsx the first thing that I see is the 2d cockpit all stretched out across the screen, after about 5 seconds this then reverts to the 3d v/c and the loads normally. I thought that this was wrong and that I had to physically change it from 2d to v/c myself but no, according to Bryan, as long as you see the 2d cockpit at the start it has loaded correctly and you don't have to disable ezdok. Regards
  9. Hi Bryan, I completely uninstalled all my PMDG products and the FS2Crew product then after a reboot reinstalled them. FS2Crew is now running perfectly. :Whew: Thanks for your offer of personally helping me fix this, just about managed to fix it before I finally gave up. Thank you for your 'First Class' support. Regards
  10. Hi Bryan, I read the 'Troubleshooting' thread and it seems that I have done everything ok. I also reinstalled both SP1C and FSCrew multiple times but no luck. As I said, I get responses from all the other various calls its just the p/back, seems odd. Its understanding my phrasing as my commands are shown in the green bar. The p/back truck is there also. regards
  11. Hi guys, I really hope that you can help me with this, I have been trying for the past week to sort this out and I'm getting to the point of giving up, turning my pc off and going to the pub to give my brain a rest. I get to the pushback procedure, the main panel is at the 'S.crew/EngStart' stage and I state "Ground from cockpit" He replies "Go ahead" I then say all the various replies like "We are ready for pushback and engine start", but thats it, no response at all. I have tried the various configurations on the mic panel ie, SVC mic selector and button on with the Service Interphone on, as well as FLT mic selector and button on but with no luck, nothing seems to fix it. I think the 'Ground Crew' aren't speaking to me now with all the swearing I've been doing!. My F/O must be thinking of asking for a transfer too, because of the things I've been calling him. Everything else with FSCrew2 seems to be ok. My speech recognition language is set to 'English-US'. Please help me to solve this or I am off to the pub and who knows when and in what state I may return..... Regards
  12. Hi Johan, I have the exact problem which you had with the p/back crew. What did you change on the mic panel to fix this?. I set the panel to per instructions but it still will does not work. Regards
  13. Hi Bryan, I've set voice control as per manual and set the 2d vc on fsx. When I start fsx its loads the 2d vc for 5 secs then switches to the 3d vc by itself, is this correct? Because I'm having trouble with the pushback, the pback crew will answer my call but will not start the pback. Regards
