  1. I bought one for my 11 year old grandson to use with his X Box S. He really likes it for MSFS. I use the Alpha yoke and Logitech Throttle quadrant on my PC.
  2. I agree. I had TrackIR many years but have been using it less and less because it I hate wearing the head gear. I went to Tobii and just love it. Just feels so natural in every attitude like I remember from my PPL days. I won't be ever going back.
  3. 0 There are many good Youtube comparison and set up videos. I like the freedom of the combination of the head and eye tracking. Plus the setup is very simple and it is completely customizable. The variations are endless, I just love it, no going back for me.
  4. I have been a user of TrackIR 5 for many years and just changed to Tobii Eye Tracker 5. It is such an improvement for me. I don't use VR and have no plans too. So this just works for me right out of the box. I am manly a low and slow pilot and don't do tube liners and just like to look around. The Tobii is such an immersion improvement. It just works.
  5. The RV6A was my favorite aircraft back in MS Flight days. I really look forward to this new great rendition.
  6. What happened to "Chuck's Hanger"? Really miss your In depth new aircraft reviews, they were the best! You did indeed do the research. Nothing since the Ju52/3m?
  7. They are all over the place and well marked if you zoom into the world map. Don't know what the big problem is?
  8. Only $486,000 or so. Check out Juan Brownes Youtube channel "blancolirio." If you want one, there is a year and a half wait. Juan is a Boeing 777 fist officer.
  9. you should check out the Q&A on YOUTUBE from ASOBO. Very interesting and detailed.
  10. As I understand it, all aircraft are in the SIM and be can flown any where in the world you want. At $60.00 for 40 highly detailed aircraft that is $1.5 each. How can you beat that? Well worth it to me. always wanted a nice T-6. Looking forward to this. Even if I never enter a race.
  11. I love the orange float version. Just hard to settle down off the step with out the bounce. It handles very nicely. same problem with the C-172 water landings.
  12. same problem here. go to store 3 dots put no update listed, never happened before, very frustrating to say the least.
  13. I land on a runway with a gear down warning, fine. Taxi into the water, raise the gear and take off and still have the gear down for runway landing warning even through the gear is clearly retracted? Should get a gear retracted for water landing. Also can land in the water, come to a stop, lower the gear to pull up on the beach and not get the gear down for runway warning. Yes the gear indicator lights are working correctly. It only counts the runway landings in the logbook. Now I am really confused. Same on all aircraft as far as I can tell.
  14. I can raise or lower the gear on the 172 float plane either in he cockpit or with the G key. works fine just slow.
  15. I think that there are way to many airliners already, all basically the same thing. To each his own.
