  1. Seems like Gorinchem to me ,19 km's from where i live.
  2. Enjoy folks! I just download it. It is an very easy install. According to the manual to disable the original Ai of Prepard3: - To disable the original FS2004 or FSX AI, you must do the following: FSX: navigate to: Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Scenery and find a file called "trafficAircraft.bgl" rename it to "trafficAircraft.bak" and that is it. This way the original AI is dissabled but not deleted. (Note, the above system is the same in FSX SE and Prepar3D) NOTE: Name of software removed from title! by firehawk44
  3. Folks, after you updated to the new version don't forget to delete the contents in your Shaders folder! A file called GPUTerrain has changed so the contens in your shaders file has to be renewed. Location of the map C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\Shaders
  4. Rob congratulations. You well deserved!
  5. quote from Rich : "Firstly it will just be a free update to make it work in P3Dv2. We are considering a bigger schedule/model/livery update to Traffic 360 though." See : http://forum.justflight.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=22430&SID=6250172b4feaz4274e85bf4z2182b7782638889&title=p3dv2x
  6. Oh yes ,what a great fix ! My sim is greatly improved qua smoothness now! I am so happy i can not tell you! The new beta Nvidea driver is expecting soon, lets hope that would bring some more improvement to! Many thanks for the head up topicstarter!
  7. ((Dutch)Geen dank hoor!/No thanks!) There is no coincidence! I read your complain about HDR and back in my time in FSX i tried alot altering HLSL files. I made a better tutorial in the Avsim P3D tips and tricks forum. And this so that a beginner can make this tweak. Sorry guys for the confusion i made before for you. Moderator would you want to remove the old one on that forum for me?
  8. Especially for TrackIR users, I figured out how to change the transaction time between the dark and light areas. That is, the getting used of the eyes of light/high contrast difference between the cockpit and the look outside of it. Backup in Prepar3d root file directory the ShaderHLSL folder where you can replace it later if something goes wrong. Find in ShaderHLSL the Postprocces folder, doubleclick on HDR.hlsl file. If you cant open dat file open with Notepad. (On that folder rightclick with your mouse- choose Properties - In General tap choose Change- search to a program named Notepad - Close with Ok -close the previous with Apply. At the top there are these original lines: static const float BloomThreshold = 03.25f; static const float Bloom Magnitude = 03.75f; static const float Bloom Blur Sigma = 0.9f; static const float TimeDelta = 0.2f; Change TimeDelta = to 2.0F; 3.0f; or 4.0f; to your liking. Close folder with save. Delete the contents of your Shaders folder . The folder is hidden by default so you first may have to enable the option to see hidden folders. See this tutorial: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/ The shaders folder is localized in your computer in the following address: C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\Shaders The contents in that folder will when you start Prepar3d automaticly rebuild, so it is harmless to delete that. Just like when you started Prepar3d the very first time. Have fun !!

  10. Not to night im afraid got to get some sleep. It is especially great when you use a wheater injector program.
  11. I was fooling around with the .cfg file and noticed that in [Weather] the line OPTIMIZE_DENSE_CLOUDS=0 was at zero. I wonder what if i change that number to OPTIMIZE_DENSE_CLOUDS=1 the result would be.... And that is quite astonishing! More volumetric clouds!! Will anyone try it by yourself ? Lets hear your results !
