So after hours and hours of trying to configure my new computer (AMD A8-6400@3.50 GHz: Quad Core, 8GB RAM, GTX 950, 2 TB, Windows 10 64 Bit), I can't get FSX:SE to run well at all on it. I get 5-7 fps in the NGX and I know I should get more than that. I have FTX Global, the NGX, PMDG 777, Aerosoft Airbus, TFDI 717, and various scenery addons installed. I am really interested in getting something to run correctly, so I basically have two questions. Do you think I need to tweak FSX:SE more, or do you think I need to get P3D? Additionally, do you think that this computer will not run either games well? Should I spring for a more powerful computer? If so, all my budget could allow for is: Intel i7-6700@3.40 GHz: Quad Core, 16 GB DDR4, GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5, 240 GB SSD and 1 TB Harddrive. Thank you for your input. Benjamin

Hello all, I am trying to decide whether to get the new 757 v2 or the 727 v2. I fly on PE and Vatsim and with the PE expansion am looking for a new aircraft. What are the pros and cons for both. They are both about the same price so that isn't a factor. What would you pick between the choice of them? Thanks, Benjamin

The default aircraft do sound. The stereo is set to 2.1 because I have a 2.1 system. Thanks, Benjamin Smith

I loaded up the NGX and there were no cockpit noises or outside sounds. I proceeded to uninstall the NGX and check for Sound Card Driver updates. There were none so I then reinstalled the aircraft, but to no avail. My DirectX is up to date. After fooling around with the aircraft for two hours, I decided to unistall/reinstall again, but it came to the same result. i have put the FSX sound system to the Default Device and the NGX FMC is set on my normal settings. The play in ext view is on in the FMC, but no sounds sound outside. The only sounds that are admitted are the engine sounds. All sounds are turned up in the FMC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Benjamin S

Does anyone know where I can find the PMDG 737-NGX Captain's Flight Manual Set for sale aftermarket. I know that PMDG doesn't sell the sets anymore and I love AOA, but I want the paper copies of these, too. Thanks
