  1. Hello everyone! Soar virtual airlines is very proud to announce that we have repaints for FSX! Fifteen of our eighteen planes have repaints and the last three are on the way! These repaints are also featured in our new promotional video. We have worked on it for a long time and are ecstatic about the way it turned out. You can view the video at this link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOw_mgncCio Lastly, we also have added over 2,400 schedules to our database! These schedules cover the globe and combined with our charter system, there is a flight for everyone! We really have changed and improved the airline in numerous ways and we are planning more additions all the time! Feel free to check us out or join at: http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net Thanks, Thomas Hawksworth CEO of Soar Virtual Airlines
  2. Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce a new event today. We will be doing an event called Flight for the Cure that will be aimed at raising money for Children's hospital cancer research. The event will be a short flight in Hawaii from Honolulu to Maui. I know the airline really doesn't fly there but maybe this could be an expansion point. Anyway, the whole point of this event is to raise money and that will be done by donations via PayPal. Donations will open a week from this Saturday (06/06). Donations are not required to participated in this event and anyone can participate, not just Soar pilots. The date of this event will be decided by 06/06. Details are below: Date: TBD Time: TBD Departure Airport: PHNL Arrival Airport: PHOG Aircraft: Any propliner or small regional jet. (Recommended is a CRJ-200) Communication: TeamSpeak, sever is TS3.FlightUnlimited.Org This cause means a lot to me as five people in my family have had cancer and I know how awful something like this is to have especially as a child. Thank all of you for reading this and I hope to see you at the event! Questions can go in reply to this thread or in email to soarvirtualairlines@gmail.com. More details soon! Thanks, Thomas Hawksworth Soar Virtual Airlines CEO and Founder

  8. Hi Gary, You should check out Soar Virtual Airlines. http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net We are based in the Western U.S and Carribean but we have a charter System that allows you to fly any route in the world. We have a fleet consisting of 17 aircraft types. You are also more than welcome to fly offline. Most of our pilots do. Also here is our promotional video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xxNscEQwcTU
  9. Wow your VA looks really cool. You should check out: http://www.aeroflightalliance.com/ My VA belongs there and we are really happy. It will help you gain a lot of pilots and there are cool events and such.
  10. Hello. Soar Virtual Airlines has the option for you to fly your own aircraft. We provide a fleet with repaints but you can use your own aircraft. Our routes are mostly "Create Your Own" with a charter module. We have 30-40 schedules and are adding more but when you create a flight you can select "Your own Aircraft". We do have repaints for the 727-200adv. Im not sure thats as old as you were talking about. We also have no rule about how many airlines you can fly for as long as you can fly 8 flights a year. We Also are always adding planes to our fleet and usually add most aircraft people request. http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net/
  11. Hello All, Soar Virtual Airlines has gotten many suggestions on things that are bad about our airline lately. Some have been but not limited to: Ugly Colors Marketing More ugly colors Even more ugly colors Bad Logo Well we went in and changed a lot! New color scheme, new logo, even a new tactic. Fly anywhere in the world, with our schedules or create your own with our charter/flight generator option. You can now track your progress as a pilot, with a map of all your flights, monthly statistics, etc.... We have many more events including one this weekend, August 23rd. We have a dedicated staff team from all over the globe. We have new custom repaints and more. We are members of the Aeroflight Virtual Alliance. We hope you will take a fresh look at us, as we are totally different! http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net YOUTUBE VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxQ_Asf2ZMY
  12. Join Us! We are great for the most advanced pilots and the most beginner pilots. We fly all over the US and you can create your own flights. We support all major simulators and are having an event soon! http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net
  13. P*Funk is right. I made that mistake of learning from creating a terrible VA. I learned and now its pretty good. I would definitely join a VA as a pilot or staff first. If you need a VA check out here: http://www.soarvirtualairlines.net We are very good with beginners.
  14. You need to accomplish a lot! If you have money, maybe $50 total + hosting. Ignore Robert Edwards. If you have enough determination. Go ahead with your idea. I would recommend being a staff member for a VA first. If you want you can be a staff member for us (Soar Virtual Airlines)or you can go ahead and start your VA. You will probably need 6 months to develop your VA along with a lot of PATIENCE! If you have determination you will get a pretty good VA going. Feel free to PM me or email me if you ever have any questions!
