If you want to use FSX settings for P3D, just link prepar3d.exe file to FSX profile, or if you want to fiddle with settings, create a new profile and link P3D exe file to that profile.

The best guide for setting up FSX/P3D can be found HERE.

I used that guide to create a new profile for Prepar3d 1.3. It's soooo smooth compared to FSX. I haven't even applied the ******* tweaks yet.

I've created a new Prepar3d Profile in NVidia Inspector and If I understand it right(I probably don't) ,I now have to link it to the FSX Profile .I created the new Profile with the latest version 1.9.6.3 . It now shows in the Pull Down Menu but I don't know how to link it

for it to take effect for Prepar3D .

Any help would be much appreciated !

Rich, no need to set up a specific P3D profile. Just use the one you already have by adding P3D to your current FSX profile.

Here's how you do it
